Knowledge
With proper maintenance you can avoid 99% of all lawn problems. Your lawn should be at least 2½ to 3 inches (6-8 cm) long, longer during a hot, dry summer. Grass clippings are about 90 percent water by weight and are high in protein. Leaving them on the lawn to decompose will return vital nutrients back to the soil.
Your lawn needs 1 to 1-1/2" (3-4cm) of water weekly, which should only be applied early in the morning.

WHY DO I NEED TO TOP DRESS MY LAWN?
One of the keys to healthy lawn is a healthy soil. Good quality soil is one of the most important elements in a lawn and often is one of the most neglected. All too often, new homes are built and only a few inches of topsoil are put down over the hard compacted clay. The optimum base for topsoil is 30 centimeters. This means the soil is usually made up mostly of weathered particles of rocks and minerals and only between 1-15% organic matter.
The level of organic matter determines soil fertility.
WHAT IS NATURE’S TOUCH™ GRANULE TOP DRESSING?
Weed Man®’s granule top dressing is a formulation of compost that has been manipulated into a granule with no objectionable odors. Each application adds organic matter to your lawn delivering billions of microorganisms to the thatch layer. It also provides valuable macro and micronutrients as they are slowly released to the soil without smothering the existing healthy turf.
During the composting process, high temperatures are achieved which eliminates any weed seeds that had been present.
